About Alba Dental
Alba Dental has been a locally owned and operated dental practice since 2004. We proudly serve patients in the Scottsdale and North Scottsdale areas. Our staff speaks English, Spanish, Russian and Albanian for your convenience and comfort. We are affiliated with the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and 6 Month Smiles. Our goal is to deliver Consistent Quality Dental Care in a Friendly Environment.
About Dr. Elonia Lasku
Dr. Lasku graduated from dental school in 1991 and began her career as a practicing dentist and instructor at the University of Tirana, School of Dentistry in Albania. She further honed her skills and education at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco, where she earned several prestigious awards, including the Dean's Award, the International Dental Studies Leadership Award, the National Dean's List Award, and was valedictorian of her class. Dr. Lasku is also a distinguished member of national honor dental societies such as Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Tau Kappa Omega, Phi Kappa Phi, and Who's Who in American Universities and Colleges.
Currently, Dr. Lasku is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Arizona Dental Association, and the California Dental Association. She is deeply committed to providing her patients with the latest advancements in dental cosmetics, dentures, and general dentistry.
Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Lasku is dedicated to giving back to her community. She runs a charitable organization, the Albanian Civic Center of Arizona, which is a nonprofit corporation for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes. The Albanian Civic Center of Arizona was established in 2018 specifically for the purpose of promoting and educating the public about the Albanian language and culture. Dr. Lasku is also a Co-founder of the Albanian American Women Association of Arizona, keeping the Albanian tradition alive!
When not in the office, Dr. Lasku enjoys spending time with her husband and three sons, cooking, exploring the outdoors, reading, and continuing her philanthropic efforts.

Stephanie (Hygienist)
Stephanie earned her associate’s degree from Carrington College and a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. She has been practicing since 2018 and is committed to delivering top-notch dental care while ensuring every patient feels comfortable and welcomed.
Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys playing tennis, traveling, hiking, and baking delicious treats.
Mary McWhite (Treatment Coordinator)
With more than 17 years of experience in dental treatment coordination, Mary McWhite brings a personalized, patient-centered approach to every interaction at Alba Dental. Known for her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail, Mary helps patients navigate their treatment journey with confidence and ease.
As Treatment Coordinator, Mary works closely with each patient to understand their goals, explain recommended treatment, review insurance and financial options, and coordinate a seamless experience from consultation through completion of care. She believes exceptional dentistry is about more than clinical treatment—it is about creating an experience where patients feel heard, informed, and genuinely cared for.
Mary takes pride in building long-term relationships with patients and helping them make thoughtful decisions about their oral health. Her commitment to personalized service reflects Alba Dental’s dedication to delivering an elevated dental experience tailored to each individual.

Elisabeth (Insurance Coordinator)
Elisabeth/ Liz was born in Phoenix, Arizona. She joined Alba Dental at the end of 2023! She graduated from South West Institute of Natural Aesthetics. Liz works in the front office and has a passion for helping patients, building trust and creating a family, warm environment. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, and playing lots of basketball and tennis.
Karine (Dental Assistant)
Karine, originally from Armenia came to US and attended Phoenix College. She developed a passion for dental assisting and helping others. Karine joined our team in 2025 and loves making patients feel comfortable and cared for. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking and spending quality time with her family.
